Hello, I'm Dale! I'm an experienced HR professional, specifically Talent Management & Recruitment. I have experience in Employee Relations, Organisation Design & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Policy creation.
Having completed a Masters in Human Resource Management, and having a thirst for keeping up to date with the latest research and practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to partner with your organisation and help you thrive.
I believe that HR is an integral part of any successful organisation, not just by supporting what is legally required, but being a strategic partner to allow the organisation to thrive.
